Ms. Olga was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Helga received both her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and her Master of Arts degree, from the University of Findlay, in Findlay, Ohio.
She then received her Graduate Certificate in Surgical Assisting from the Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS). She has also earned a Master of Science degree in Human Anatomy and Physiology, from New York Chiropractic College, in Seneca Falls, NY.
Ms. Olson has served as faculty in the Surgical Assistant Program at EVMS, and is currently on the faculty of the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences in Rochester, Minnesota.
